Objective: The field visit to JR Garments, Indoor, and Sri Skill Tailoring Training Unit aims to provide students with hands-on exposure to various aspects of the garment and apparel industry. The students will visit JR Garments, a well-known garment manufacturer, where they will be introduced to the operational and business side of the garment industry. The key learning areas include:

Manufacturing Process Overview: Students will get a detailed understanding of how raw materials are transformed into finished garments. They will observe various stages like fabric cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, and packaging.
