Overview:

This initiative aimed to provide uneducated tribals with the skills necessary to become professional drivers, thus improving their employment prospects. The course covered essential driving techniques, road safety, and vehicle maintenance. The practical driving sessions allowed participants to gain hands-on experience, which prepared them for the final government driving test.

Outcome:

After successfully completing the course, participants received government-issued four-wheeler driving licenses. This qualification enabled them to seek employment in transportation services, including roles a commercial drivers for private companies, tourist transportation, and delivery services. As a result, participants now have access to stable sources of income, contributing to their improved socio-economic standing and enhanced livelihood opportunities
